Bt Broadband £100 Sainsburys voucher... NOT honoured!

Please could someone help me.
My father signed up to BT broadband during the offer of £100 Sainsbury's voucher.
He even has a screen shot of his transaction showing the £100 voucher.
He received a £25 voucher so phoned BT customer services, here he was told that they never offered a £100 voucher for standard broadband. This is obviously wrong as even a quick Google search brings up the offer.
They've basically told him to 'lump' it.
Does anyone have any advice?
Thanks
Kate

Hi,
I have also experienced the same problem I have just received the Sainsburys gift voucher of only £25 when my BT deal would give me the £100 gift card.
Where do I stand on this situation I also do have photographic evidence of this deal.
Surely there is a law on this as they have not honoured what was advertised.
PLEASE HELP!

My Mum wont be happy - she also signed up with £100 worth of vouchers too. Will forewarn her I think as she is due them soon.0

Rang BT up and they have said its not their problem?
Apparently even with photographic evidence this is not enough which seems ridiculous!
The only reason i went with BT was for the £100 gift card! :rotfl:0 -
It is breach contract. The voucher offer was part of the deal and the part that made you choose BT. Their not honouring it is breach of contract. I would suggest you complain to BT complaints department. Make sure you say you are making a formal complaint and want a complaint number and date. They then have 8 weeks to sort it before you can complain to the ombudsman. See
