Next time:To perform a soft reset, complete the following steps.
Press and hold the Alt key (1)
While holding down the Alt key, press and hold the Right Shift key (2)
With both of those buttons still pressed, press the Backspace/Delete key (3)
Check the Services Status. Do you have Blackberry Internet Service?0 -
I can access the internet but don't see why it's not connecting to BBM or social media.
I took the battery out as it kept scrolling down when I wasn't even touching it.0
