Hi All,
I've never been able to connect my Nexus 4 to the Internet despite having 200 mb per month to use, when I attempt to a message appears advising "your mobile device is not connected to the Internet," how can this be corrected?

a) Use WiFi in 'Wireless and networks' to connect to your wireless router if you have it.
b) Go to your network's website and find mobile data settings for android phones.
If you can do (a), but have problems with (b) you can try downloading Tweakker app.0 -
Are you entering the wireless key correctly, the key on my BT hub is case sensitive and I was using upper case instead of lower.0

Presumably you're referring to connecting to the Internet using the mobile network.
Try this: pop in to 'Settings'; select 'Data useage'; make sure the "Mobile data" setting is 'ON'.0 -
Also make sure you have the correct APN0

Got sorted thanks to an 02 representative; there were a lot of settings to be adjusted.0
