Rafflecopter - unless I'm up to date and can be bothered.
One night stays too far away
Holidays with no flights
Spa days
Crafts that I don't do, eg knitting, card making etc
CD's unless I really want it
Baby or kiddie things as no little ones in the family.
Tickets to random events (wish we had a separate board for ticket comps!)0 -
Holidays for 2 - the last time I won one of them, it was a nightmare looking for childcare for the children :rotfl:SECRET TO WINNING PRIZES

I don't enter anything that has a rafflecopter attached. Tiny obscure little blogs where you have to have 60 different entry methods by following and sharing half the net to win a £3 bottle of wine. It seems that the smaller the prize the more ridiculous amount of entries. Also any voting comps that are always won by those with the most friends on facebook or twitter and have nothing to do with which is the best. People posting vote for me begging posts on here is one of my biggest peevesAugust-September 2017: Lots of stuff

i avoid rafflecopters too, any car or animal related and some holiday ones
had never really thought about it before but at least by not entering im giving those that do want that sort of thing a chance and not entering everything goingJAN WINS- pepsi tshirt,0 -
I avoid certain holiday ones such as breaks for 2 as we have kids or abroad as we don't have valid passports, or any with date restrictions.
Concert/event tickets.
Spa/experience/cooking days or any hobby that I'm not interested in.
I try and avoid Facebook like and share ones.
Any where the prize is a car (unless it has other prizes attached to it, such as the ITV ones).
Rafflecopter as they are too time consuming.
Prizes for babies.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £16,087.170 -
Baby stuff, toys, something where travelling is involved, these rafflecopter or competitions where you have to build up points to get more entries? they are way to much hassle and I don't believe they are 100% true.0

Voting competitions/L&S
Family holidays - there are tonnes which are for 2 people, so why deprive someone with a family the chance to win a prize which suits them?
Anything run by a payday lender such as Wonga - I don't like how they make their money, so I don't want their prizes.
Goodie bags unless they've actually got good contents. I don't want a cloth bag and a dvd.
Any prize which I wouldn't genuinely want to keep or share with a friend/family member. I don't really have time to sell unwanted prizes on eBay.2015 comp wins - £370.25
Recent wins: gym class, baby stuff
Thanks to everyone who posts freebies and comps! :j0 -
Mine is like most people.
Babies & Toddler competitions , a few years ago I would've but now all nephew's and nieces have grown up.
Holliday's with no flight and sometimes if not all inclusive would it be worth borrowing a few hundred or thousand! pounds for a once in a life time holiday to say Florida.
Any competition that had the word (effort) on the board. most comps I enter day of closing so rather than spend time thinking of a witty line on why you should eat Mr Chow`s Noodle Cereal bar, I'd rather focus on the other competitions.
Pick up from places competitions. if its a prize to win £5000 or a car then I'll travel to pick up the prize, however if it's to win an iPad in Cambridge then I'll pass.
Google + and Pinterest, although I am thinking of setting up accounts for both
Goody bag.0 -
i dont do the following
pets (unless it fish related which is rare)
sporting event (expect f1 for bf)
perfume or cosmetics
clothing (usually too small for me)
books
cd and dvd (unless it for a band or film i like)
like and share comps
most votes/friends comps
any aimed at certain parts of country or cities (local newpapers or shops as i feel im not going to be a potential customer)
top scores comps
ones aimed at kids or older people (i dont need to win peppa pig toys or a saga holiday)
holidays that need taking between october and end of december (no holidays allowed for my bf and limited holidays allowed for me)
midweek events where the winner is told a few days in advance
wedding prizes
used to not do baby comps but my brother is having a baby in less than a month now so a do one for stuff they will need in the future or will always need e.g nappies, clothing, toddler stuff but not pushchairs, cots etc0 -
Anything owned or part owned by Rupert Murdoch or Associated Newspapers (Daily Mail) on moral grounds;
Facebook competitions, because I was indef banned from there;
Anything which requires a lot of my time and effort;
Other than those, anything I think someone else would get greater enjoyment in winning. I tend to enter competitions I want to win and stick with those as I am time restricted due to work and other commitments.0
