I asked which store, not which company.

Have you got any pets by any chance...a cat or a dog perhaps?

Someone asked how long were you parked? and what is the limit?

Could be useful if just over allotted free time on the grace period clause in BPA COP.
  • It was Llangefni, Anglesey store.
I was there for 4hrs, limit was 2.

Im not going to appeal, so do I ignore it or pay it??

Well if you are not going to appeal, it's either ignore or pay, that is up to you. But if you don't challenge this fake ticket you could be open to a small claim, they have 6 years to do that, if this happens years down the line you could have moved and have a default judgement on you.

If you want to challenge this, send this below. If its rejected you can appeal to popla the independent appeals with our help.

    Name
    Address

    Date

    Dear Scammers,

In regards to the invoice received with ref number xxxxxx dated xxxxxx, the keeper denies all liability to your company, if you reject this challenge the keeper requires within 35 days a popla verification code for them to appeal independently, per Version 2 of the BPA Code of Practice.

The keeper has nothing further to add, and will not respond to any correspondence from your company unless it contains the popla code. If you wish to find out why the keeper rejects all liability, pay the £27 plus vat to popla to find out

The challenge will be deemed accepted if there is no popla code on any rejection that you supply within the timeframe stipulated above.

    Yours Faithfully

Why on earth not? You will win at POPLA at their expense if you appeal as guided by us!!

And we DO NOT advise ignoring these any more since a couple of PPCs started throwing out late small claims to people who had ignored them for months!

It won't go to court, this will be dealt with via email or letters only. After popla decides its binding only upon the parking company, so a win for you means they must drop it. A win for them means that its not binding on you.

But we know how to word the popla appeals and highly likely you'll win there , so the end of the matter for you.

It's an email or letter which you would see if you simply looked at the POPLA website for example. ONE flippin' email or letter to the PPC then another to POPLA will get the thing cancelled if you please just open your mind to the idea of winning this at POPLA. It's easy, we can even spoon-feed example POPLA appeal wording.

Just out of interest how did you manage to spend four hours in Llangefni? The last time I was there I'm sure there were only about three shops.
