As I got very organised this week and have the meal plan and shopping list done for this week thought I would start us off. We have also been very good at sticking to the meal plan this week and taking packed lunches all week which is just as well as shopping budget was over by £8 last week, though to be fair it has been under budget for several weeks so can live with the slight glitch.
Saturday - Steak in Pepper Sauce with Rosti Potatoes and Veg
Sunday - Ravioli in a veg soup with Garlic Bread
Monday - Chilli & Rice
Tuesday - Cod wrapped in Bacon with Salad and Noodles
Wednesday - Chicken Quesiladas
Thursday - Beef Chow Mein
Friday - Jambalaya
Breakfasts will be breakfast muffins, cereal bars, fruit
Lunches will be wraps, sandwiches and left overs
Looking forward to seeing everyones meal plans and gaining inspiration from them.

OK, I take that back - they've actually been very good this time. The only minor problem is that the fishcakes are very short dated and have to go straight into the freezer, but that's actually a good thing as it's prompted me to throw out a tub of a dodgy curry that I made and froze hoping it would taste better later on - of course it was never going to, and the bin's really the only place for it!
