Could it be he was "seconded" into the plumbing role therefore his contract is still as a builder? I don't really know the answer but I know that within my company any people who were seconded were pulled back into their role they were originally employeed/contracted to do.Debt Free since 2012Current Savings £1,400Current Mortgage £143,398.270
