cashback redemption - is it safe?

looking at taking out a deal for the htc one. buymobilephones.net are offering it for £24 a month with cashback by redemption. The contract is £32 a month but the cashback brings it down to £24. It seems a ridiculously good offer for 600 mins, unlimited texts and 750mb data. Just worried about the cashback. They say you have 60 days to claim it. Is it worth the risk?

It's never 100% safe, but IMHO it's well worth the risk. In fact, if you do everything correctly the only risk is that the company goes under, although, depending on your luck, it can require extra efforts to get paid.

Search the board for 'buymobilephones' and have a look at Cashback Guide for Dummies.
Bear in mind it's pretty old and things improved since then. So, after reading the start don't fail to read a few last pages.

And don't forget TCB/Quidco as well.

Whilst it may be old, the groundrules are exactly the same - and people still fall into many of the traps they felll in to when I stared writing it.

If you follow all the groundrules it's a great game; if you don't, you risk being on the losing side. Apart from that link, one of the groundrules is to do proper research - and as Grumbler says there is plenty on here with regard to this (and other dealers).
