Just had my 1st negative feedback. Grrrrrr!!!!!
Listed as used (once) - but buyer thought otherwise, e-mailed and offerred full refund on return of item, asking if she would let me know what she would like to do/me to do. No answer/reply. Then days and days later Neg feedback left. What comment should I leave to her neg feedback? Grrrrr I had 100% 5/5 on all left

Looking forward to the day I have nothing left to list on eBay

You don't have to leave any comment and doing so only makes the neg stand out more0

Just want buyers to know I tried to resolve problem but buyer didn''t respond.Looking forward to the day I have nothing left to list on eBay0

Could just put "full refund offered on return"0

I'd go with Steve's comment. A bland, factual follow-up is fine - it's sellers who reply with angry responses to negative feedback that I stay clear of.0

IMO Buyers should not to allowed to leave feedback until negotations are finalised. Seller responded - buyer has to answer one way or another. Then feedback left.
It's so easy to leave an angry comment when you feel feedback is unfair.Looking forward to the day I have nothing left to list on eBay0 -
Personally I would pull their details and phone them to resolve this problem and then ask if they would be willing to remove/change the feedback to a more acceptable comment.
Not everyone is willing to confront a customer in this way but it really depends how important your 100% feedback is.
Not sure if Ebay would then resolve the low stars issue.0 -

It's easy, but it creates a bad impression of you as a seller.0 -

I disagree.
I'm more likely to avoid a seller that doesn't respond to a neg!
A polite factual response shows the seller cares about their feedback and customer service!
I'd put "full refund offered upon return of item"Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

 When I read their feedback - I immediately messaged them to let them know that I thought their feedback was unfair as I had already offerred a full refund on return and also asked what they would like me to do - but got no response from them at all.:mad: They chose to leave NEG Feedback with no communication at all.
Didn't know it was possible to change feedback left. Also don't know how to reply to the neg feedback. I know you can add your comment but don't know how to.Looking forward to the day I have nothing left to list on eBay0 -
