Hiya
I'm trying to do an online bulk order for my ecover, and I wanted to know if anyone had researched which site is the best on price wise.
thanks

Ditto! I haven't found anywhere online that isn't about the same price as the supermarkets (looking on tesco pricechecker).
The best I've found so far is Natural Collection http://www.naturalcollection.com/, some things are a few p more than supermarkets some a few p less, there is a small discount for bulk purchases, and you can get 7% cashback going through quidco. I'm trying to weigh up if that is better than just going to Tesco and getting the clubcard points!0 -

THANKS FOR THE REPLIES,
i had already priced up these sites, but as others have siad there's no benefit over tesco to be honest, which i find depressing to say the least....
oh well, if anyone knows of a good money saving option here, I'd love to know it...

My only 'money saving option' is that, apart from really marked clothes, I only use half the reccomended amount of powder and it works perfectly; even with very hard water.
I, personally have found the liquid to be rubbish compared to the powder, I'd be interested to hear what other people think of it...........
it is depressing that Tescos is the cheapest place

Depends on how much you want I guess, is sometimes possible to buy from a wholesaler, but can be a large minimum order. Also sometimes a local shop is prepared to give a discount for a bulk order, worth asking.0

thanks again,
bigpaws, i also use half the recommended amount of powder ( with a scoop of soda crystals) and half a d/w tablet per run, and like you i think the laundry liquid is rubbish and the powder great!
oh well, mr t wins again then...what a shame....

Hi there,
I am really sorry I don't know how much Ecover costs in the shops - however I found this
http://www.britisheco.com/category.aspx?categoryid=15
I was having a look on quidco for something else and remembered this thread... not sure how their prices fair - but it is bulk quantities!
Hope this is of some use to someone0 -
I buy in bulk from these people:

It's not Ecocover, it's Clear Spring.
I buy enough to get 'free delivery' - that is to say, I get huge vats of dishwasher gel (fantastic stuff), rinse aid, laundry liquid, shower gel and shampoo. I transfer the stuff into more manageable sized bottles and put the big containers on shelves in my garage. The whole family really like Clear Spring - which is just as well!

I usually buy BiO D if I am ordering in bulk, but it may well be for the greater good if you are buying Ecover from Tesco, in the same way that it is better in terms of spreading the word to buy Fairtrade goods from supermarkets rather than Oxfam etc. The argument goes - the nore people by from a supermarket, the more shelf space a product gets, the more people see the product and are tempted to try it.0
