No such thing as a rolling contract - you are either an existing or new customer. The T-Mobile brand is going, so was the original company behind it (Mercury) so you might have had a phone for honks, but the network has changed faster than you!
If the don't value your customer, go elsewhere - we all do!0 -
My 20% loyalty from being a orange user since 1995, was transfered to my ee4gee.0

Hi,
Can i ask if they transferred yr discount recently?
Im amazed on upgrade with discount,history,10 phones they
are giving me New Customer status...dont really want to
leave but looks like its becoming like all utilities but i really
valued my loyalty as it made my monthly rental hardly any money
Thanks0 -
You can upgrade on Orange, more like its her policy to swing a better deal for herself, I upgraded last week...4G phones can be later moved on same or higher plan cost ALONG with discounts. I'd make a complaint to Ofcom about miselling, then you will get some kind of apology and goodwill from Orange.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0

im with t mobile at the moment but i assume this is the same
Diamonds?
"so i go to orange direct or tmobile/ee upgrade team?"

EE4G can't transfer over £x discounts. They can only transfer over % discounts.
The guys on the phone are lying anyway. They just want more commission. You can stay with t-mobile rather than switching to EE4G.0 -
Just leave.
These seem to be the best deals at the moment: http://shop.tescomobile.com/mobile-phones/pay-monthly?icid=TPS_PAYM+flyout_network_tescomobile#monthly-min=7&monthly-max=45&minutes-min=100&minutes-max=3000&htc-model=&sort-by=phone-make0 -
Insurance. Banks. Credit Cards. Mobiles.
All of these offer better deals to new customers rather than renewals. Mobile companies have retention teams and they will probably offer deals, but only when you give notice or ask for your PAC code.
If you go for early upgrade or don't force their hand, then you don't get the best deal.
So, you know what to do.0
