No, it doesn't. They could update the software in a couple of hours, and update the systems nationwide on an overnight update. I worked for a head office of a different chain store before.

Believe me, they could rectify very quickly if they wanted to.

Oh right, I didn't realise. Well, hopefully they don't!!

Broadmarsh has ss tills (brilliant new ones where you drop the voucher into the slot, you don't have to poke the sides :D) - so does Riverside.

1 BB cream and 2 bronzers would be £18.70, so if you have glossies only thats £8 off the total = £10.70 to pay. If you get a tillspit to add to your glossies thats £16 off the total, so £2.70 to pay.[/Q

I had forgotten about Broadmarsh; I never go there because I mainly buy baby/toddler stuff from boots so Vic centre is better. Now I know they have SS tills I will use some more of my vouchers today. I have about 5 left and I would like to get a few treats for my Mum, who does actually like number 7. :j

yes, No7 skincare is all 342. So if you want to make the most out of your £16 in vouchers, buy your 2 glitchy items, then add a 3rd skincare item (this 3rd one has to be £9.95 or less, and scan it last, so it becomes the free one on the 342). Have a look at the Boots website for No7 skincare, see what you fancy :).

Hi all - this thread is amazing as ever, thanks for posting everyone :T! Sadly there aren't any SS tills near me, so only have the option of glossy voucher. Checkout girl accepted both today, so got BB balm, tinted moisturiser and a cleanser for £10.70. Presumably this would have been only £2.70 with the SS tillspit? Still a good price though so I'm pleased.

However, I now have another glossy voucher - could I get any better bargains 2nd time round, bearing in mind no SS tillspit?

    Thanks in advance!

If I purchase mineral foundation and mineral blusher b1G1HP would the till spit automatically take £8 off or does that only work when there is a skin care item included? I only have 3 x £3 glossys and 1 x £5 glossy but might go to a store further away to get a till spit for a bigger saving.

I can't remember the price for both items (and boots website is down) but I think they are around £9.95 and £8.50

You could do one glitchy ~ say the bronzing pearls, plus a nail polish or other make~up item. Make~up is on bogohp so with your 8 pounds off that would leave you 4.95 to pay (and another glossy lol)

Neither of those are skincare so you,d only get a maximum of 6 pounds off the total if you have a glossy and a tillspit.

Thanks that's what I thought. I have just tried the bb cream for the first time and pleased with it so think I will start using it more than foundation.

Can anyone tell me if the tinted moisturiser is just as good and does it give a gradual tint or wash off? Thanks
