Be careful then, they don't need you to be doing anything more than this to ban you from store or worse revoke your advantage card if they suspect misuse. That's why I never leave a paper trail, always pay cash as well. In about 20 transactions I have a paper trail via my advantage card for about 3.No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

I've only done this glitch a couple of times as I am too mean to keep spending money to earn a shiny voucher
my store is not very good for wombling. I always use my card with glitches. This one is nothing (in terms of extra points) compared to the R&M glitch a few years ago. I was paying 0.00 for the stuff and gaining £10 in points with each transaction. I did a lot of transactions during that time. However, I always spend my points quickly. They are more likely to take your card off you if you have a large number of points on your card. For some reason they seem to think you are up to no good if you have a healthy points balance!

I agree not to use advantage card as I had 3 bronzes or 3 tinted moisturisers but with a such a small spend points aren't worth it to risk loosing card ...0

Has anyone had any success with the 300 points one and with what items? Got this out off the pink machine today.balletshoes wrote: »in the larger stores near me, where they separate No7 skincare from No7 cosmetics, the BB creams and tinted moisturisers are in the skincare aisle, the bronzers are with cosmetics.
So maybe the 300 points voucher for 2 skincare would work with 2 BB creams and one other skincare/glitchy, or one BB cream, one tinted moisturiser and one other skincare/glitchy, or 2 tinted moisturisers and one other skincare/glitchy?0 -

I used my 300 points and bought no7 eye make up remover and used the £5 off .. I didn't dare use the glitch. It cost 8.50 -£5 = £3.50 to put to .. Then 300point so in effect 50p..0 -
Wondering if anyone had the same problem as me today - I got one of each of the 3 glitchy bronzers, took them to the SS til, put through the two glossy vouchers separately, but the tillspit coupon (Which I had gotten only several minutes previously) just wouldn't scan. A SA rushed over and told me I couldn't use all 3 coupons in one transaction, and that she couldn't put the barcode number in manually, so I left it at that.
This was my first attempt, what could I have done wrong? This was in the Meadowhall Boots.0 -
Well I did a proper shop today, buying bits and bobs from boots and no7 which were running out... Kind SA saw I was buying no7 and offered me a voucher before I'd even begun! Then she took them both off, then my 300 points (I spent more than £30), then 100 points when you buy mascara, then a half price mascara, then a double points coupon, then she asked if I wanted to use the ss spit! It went down from £58 to £32... She looked amazed and eager to see if she ever gets a transaction to "beat it".
Amazed as this was a shop where I wasnt using the glitch, just stocking up... She even asked how many glossies I would like - I asked for threeIf you aim for the moon if you miss at least you will land among the stars!0 -

This did the same for me yesterday at a manned till the lady just typed the code in and it went through ok. Suppose it depends what mood the assistant is in. Hth0 -

Well I'm afraid going to a manned till is always far more risky, and it may not have scanned if it was crumpled or the ink had smudged.....No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

This happened to me once. The ss one I thought scanned, so I placed it in the slot and then saw it hadn't taken it off. So I tried with another but it wouldn't work as I had already scanned one. So I ended up losing a glossy voucher.
Also, those who have gone to normal tills with 3 vouchers and have been successful are very lucky. I do think however, that it is risky for others.Cup of Tea? :coffee:0
