Nice. I've been really happy with them as a bank.0

Me too so far. Though one of my DDs didn't switch properly and was missed (despite me setting the changeover day for two weeks before my DD date precisely to avoid this happening) so I need to give them a call and have a moan
I will hopefully receive the credit card incentive fee next month too.MFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0 -
Such a busy week. The upside is very little spent - just groceries. Finally found the time to list some items for sale so fingers crossed for that.
1. Mortgage to sub-£28k - OP £2,241.56 - £443.56/£2,241.56
2. eBay sales of £20 - £0/£20
3. Grocery budget £110 - £84.57/£110
4. Grow savings by £350 - £0/£350MFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0 -
FD cc incentive received so another £25 OP'd. I must say, I'm pretty impressed by them.

Hello neglected diary!
Pay day today and the standard £2,000 OP made. Total for the month of £2,468.56, mortgage stands at £27,749.05 so will hover around the £27k mark once my DD is taken on 1st - my aim is therefore to combat the interest for April at a minimum and make sure the balance stays that way!
I'll update my grocery figures next week - pretty low spends as expected due to being away last weekend, but need to stock up tomorrow (will take advantage of a £5 off £40 for Mr L's.
No ebay joy yet but will list more this weekend with a bit more time on my hands - the month so far has been a whirlwind! I also have funds ready to pop into savings but have forgotten my banking login to set up a new payment, oops!
Happy Easter everyone!MFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0 -

Thanks Lucky £2k is my target each month, so far so good - just need to stay away from the shops and stop booking holidays!MFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0

Wow, long time since I posted. Life is busy at the moment!
I've kept up the OPs and have made a total of £6,101.43 in the two and a bit months since I last posted, thanks in part to a nice bonus last month.
Mortgage stands at £19,549.65 - feels amazing to be under the £20k point! So MF this year should be manageable, though we have finally found a house we like and had an offer accepted so watch this space!MFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0 -
Congrats on the bonus, sub-20k balance, and accepted offer!
All very exciting.0 -
Hello dear neglected diary!
RL is still crazy with planned house move and also a huge job change on the horizon. Had a lovely big pay rise from last month so that is helping with the OPs and general busy-ness has meant low spends (but no time for earning much extra through *bay etc sadly).
Mortgage now stands at just £13,768.37 - really hoping I can get this paid down before the house move, which is looking unlikely to be anytime before October, even if this means dipping into savings for the last ~£5k. Will see how it pans out...
New mortgage will be a big one (though much less than we were originally considering) and rate is just 1.84%. More on that nearer the time, surely calls for a new diary...MFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0
