Asda Mobile - Pay monthly
Hi all,
I am looking for a great deal on a Nexus 4 on O2 and found a pretty much perfect deal through the phone checker on this site.
The one I'm looking at is advertised by asdamobilephones.com
asdamobilephones.com/contract-mobile-phones/o2/o2-600-pound22/lg/e960/52493766.html?source=webgains&siteid=30103
The deal sounds good but on checkout, I am a bit sceptical over how much personal information I need to reveal.
Am I being paranoid? Has anyone else used Asda's pay monthly website and if so how was their service?
Many thanks

The reason why they want so much info on you is that they will be 'giving you' a phone worth around £250 up front and they want to be sure you aren't going to default and do a runner. The same would apply if you went into a high street store.
Your alternative is to buy the phone up front from Google and then get a sim only deal where the amount of personal info required may not be as great (because they can just cut you off if you don't pay).
I think I would be happier giving Asda some personal info online rather than some obscure online retailer.0
