IPhone and EE sim Card error Msg

Hi
Hope all are well can i request some help

I have had the above phone for just over 2 years and have had t mobile micro sim, In for the same period but for the past 2 weeks have been getting the errors msg no sim inserted. Contacted Customer services advised got your local E E store and get new card and we will credit your account accordingly done that and less then 12 hours. After the same msg appears and as I need the Mobile as looking for work and all agency have only my mobile number. Advised will send new sim card in 2 - 3 days. So for the this week I have been not been able to contacted as the issues has been since sat and will not be able to be contacted till end the week.


Other issue when i renewed my contract was advise it was a rolling contract on a monthly basis, but when i called been advised it is 1 year contract, I wish to if there is any way I can leave EE as have had nothing but issues, As have been a loyal customer for 5 years +

    Are your '.' and ',' keys faulty?
    Sentences with 131 words in them are very difficult to read.

    First thing I would say is to check any paperwork which may help you define the contract length.
    Have you been able to confirm if it's the phone actually at fault? Have you got a friend on EE or even try a free PAYG card to rule this out - at 2 years old, it's not impossible it's the phone?

    The phone was given to as present thus unlocked for any network but now locked to T mobile
    I have no paper work
