Does anyone know how long it is now before you can downgrade your tariff on the following networks?
02? (used to be 4 months)
Vodafone?
Orange?
also you used to get away with it at the Link, is this still the case?

According to OSPS when I ordered a phone yesterday it's 11months for TMobile and 6 for the others.
Link were unique in the fact that they never used to do 'clawbacks' when you changed plan early - whether they do now or not I don't know but they're still within their rights to do so if they choose.
