Options
Hey people,
Maybe some of you are aware of this already but I wasn't so thought I would post and share the knowledge.
Basically if you have been on an O2 contract for six months or more you can dial 2211 on your mobile free of charge and request a free gift from O2 in the form of extra minutes or texts. The full details are at the link below

Hope this is useful to someone

Hello Hammymad
Once you have been an O2 customer on a contract for six months you can apply for treats and they are added instantly. You can call before you have been a customer for six months and they get added as soon as your six months kick in. Call the number you dont have to speak to anyone its an automated service and its free to call.
Hope this helps mate
Anyone else been able to add Treats?
Cheers

Well, I've been with O2 for over 2 years and didn't know about this. Just cancelling now to go to T-mobile, so it's a bit late. What's the point of offering 'treats' and not telling your customers about it?
Also, my O2 was through CW so not sure if it would be valid anyway as CW run their own O2 operation.
Good luck to anyone else0 -
Yeah they don't seem to make it public knowledge I only came across it myself by accident0

Do you guys not watch TV?? This was all over the place. CPW have it on their website and O2 did as well.
I'm with O2 @ CPW and I got 30 free off peak mins. Not much but I only have 125 xnet mins!!!! And only use it for 0845/0870... numbers so 30 extra mins is not bad - for free anyway!!!!!!!!0 -
Hi
I am with cpw o2, 400 mins and 100 txt, in the 8 month, I have registered so many time on the number and get nothing. The automatic message says that I will get text message when eligible, phoned CpW they can't help, they just tell me to ring that number.

No, call up o2 cpw again, and ask them to add your o2 treats. You probably had someone who didn't know what they were talking about.
That number doesn't work for o2 cpw, you have to call up customer service to get ur treats added.
Got myself 300 offpeak minutes extra that will kick in from my next billing date0
