small claims for medical treatment?

Options
Hi everyone im looking for some small claims court advice

I paid for a private medical treatment which was not done correctly it cost £250 and £60 in petrol. My problem is worse now. I will be seeking another procedure (for the same thing) from a different provider for £300 and £60 petrol.

The first company are denying responsibility.

I will be gathering evidence (from some health pros)

What do i actually claim for and what are my chances please?

Most medical treatments carry no guarantees of cure.
    What was it?

Just curious as to why you went private one this, it's a very simple procedure and there are quite a few NHS centres that offer it.

Please stop putting your child through non essential medical procedures. It horrifies me that someone would be so obsessed with 'breast is best' that they would put their child through a painful procedure :(

Having TT snipped is a good thing for a child, IMO. Maybe you could leave your emotional argument out of this ? http://www.yorkhospitals.nhs.uk/?ob=1&id=800

It is a fact that repeated procedures for no clinical benefit will cause the child unnecessary pain. Of course it is up to the individual if they choose to do this, but the wellbeing of the child should be the priority here, not the wishes of the mother.

That's nice, dear. You've made your point about similar usernames, now be a good girl and just use the one of them.
