Hi everyone im looking for some small claims court advice
I paid for a private medical treatment which was not done correctly it cost £250 and £60 in petrol. My problem is worse now. I will be seeking another procedure (for the same thing) from a different provider for £300 and £60 petrol.
The first company are denying responsibility.
I will be gathering evidence (from some health pros)
What do i actually claim for and what are my chances please?

Just curious as to why you went private one this, it's a very simple procedure and there are quite a few NHS centres that offer it.

Please stop putting your child through non essential medical procedures. It horrifies me that someone would be so obsessed with 'breast is best' that they would put their child through a painful procedure0 -

Having TT snipped is a good thing for a child, IMO. Maybe you could leave your emotional argument out of this ? http://www.yorkhospitals.nhs.uk/?ob=1&id=8000 -

It is a fact that repeated procedures for no clinical benefit will cause the child unnecessary pain. Of course it is up to the individual if they choose to do this, but the wellbeing of the child should be the priority here, not the wishes of the mother.0
