Cheap iPhone 5 deal -£26 a month

I've no idea if it was a) a mistake b) because the new one is coming out soon [is it?] or c) I've missed something but whilst searching for phones for a friends this deal came up on uswitch

That's basically £500 for an iPhone 5 with everything you'd need as a heavy user for a year. Seemed good to me!
Not that I'd buy one, as I have an S3, bust maybe useful for the iSheep.
