Basically, after quite a bit of research I've decided I want a HTC One.

I currently am with T-Mobile and pay £26.00 per month.

I regularly use between 1.5 and 2.5 GB of data per month.... so really I'm looking for unlimited data (like I have now).

I currently have 300 mins and 300 texts and I have never exceeded those balances, so am not really bothered about what new contracts offer for those since they pretty much all offer well in excess of what I use.

I don't mind going up to £32 per month if I have to but don't want to go any higher.

After speaking with T-Mobile retentions they can't offer me anything very competitive... so I've requested my PAC.

I have noticed that Chitter Chatter offer an upgrade process to T-mobile with as good a deal as I can find elsewhere.

So is Chitter Chatter any good.... or should I steer clear?

Also I have seen pretty good deals with Three (3) but I'm not sure how good they are, so again .... Is Three any good or should I steer clear?

Or move to giffgaff £12=250+Unltd+Unltd ?

For '3' see the sticky at the top.

And I don't see any problems for Chitter-Chatter.

That's good. I'll give it some thought.

I found a very good deal on Affordablemobiles.co.uk but I've seen loads of bad reviews for the company :(

Had upgraded my Tmobile SIMonly contract which was the old one for tenner ou get 300mins 300 texts unlimited landlines plus 3Gb data.

first went to Tmobile who said they are extending the contract. went to chitter chatter who offered me £4 a month discount so i only pay £7(after recent price increases) for next 12 months......

what is good about chitter chatter is that I also received a paper work of what has been agreed as upgrade. First time ever in my life I had received a paper work for an upgrade.....really chuffed.
in my opinion chitter chatter are better than tmobile themselves with whom i had upgraded twice before and never received any paper work.
  • I eventually decided to get my HTC One with Chitter Chatter (and got £40 back via Quidco too). They offered much better deals than upgrading with T-Mobile direct.

It was a really easy process and they sorted everything out very quickly and kept me updated with emails and phonecalls at every step.

From my experience with Chitter Chatter, I can thoroughly recommend.
