Will take him ages to read the first book and I've ordered pjs now so that's Father's Day sorted. Still need something for anniversary though and I've no idea what to get.
Thank you for replies so far thoughHave a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0 -

Does everybody buy their husband a present for Fathers Day and, if so, why?
Not a present from me no, I give DD the money to buy him a card and something but it's only a token gesture like a box of ferrero rocher or something.
We don't buy anniversary presents either, just a card, and we don't send anniversary cards to anyone else unless it's a milestone one.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
It's from my kids and makes no difference 'whose' money it is bought from. It originates from the same household pot. Once the kids are old enough to have money coming from a different source than out of mine and husband's wages it will be bought by them out of their genuinely own money.
Fair enough, that's what I'd do with young children. It sounded as if the OP was buying a present that was actually from her.0 -
Buying your husband an anniversary present's hardly in the same category as buying him a present for Fathers Day.
I only mentioned the anniversary present in passing because others were saying they bought them.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
My grandad ends up with Whisky miniatures, scarves and handkerchiefs from nearly all of his 3 children and 8 grandchildren because he is the most difficult person to buy gifts for. He has everything he needs and doesn't want anything in particular.0

Tenth anniversary is tin or aluminium. How about these:

My children are too young to get the gift so I get it but they know what it is and help wrap it.
The anniversary gift is from me...we don't normally bother but as its 10 we are.
Like the idea of those tins...or maybe a blue ray in a tin
