VirginMedia Important Phone Number if you have issues with them

Hi Peeps,
I just had a major incident with VirginMedia and wanted to share a person's name/phone number to call if you encounter such issues with them.
First, I wanted to warn people about VirginMedia Telesales team (the ones who call you although you didn't ask for anything, the ones who start their conversation by saying "I'm calling you because you're such a valuable customer...", the ones who end up asking you to pay more!)
These calls are usually not made from the UK but from the incompetent and useless people of either Philippines, Egypt or India).
I received such a call 3 weeks ago. I was offered M+ TV package for £10 more than what I'm paying now for my 120MB Broadband and phone package.
A few days later, I received my new contract, but noticed that they actually added £24 more, not the £10 promised on the phone!
It took me 21 calls and 3 weeks to get this overturned! 21 CALLS! Fortunately for me, all of the calls I receive or make from my mobile are recorded, so I did send the recording to VirginMedia via email (link).
But I can't imagine how those who have no recordings can prove what they say is true.
What happened in my case, is that the stupid agent who called me made a mistake, she shouldn't have offered me the M+ TV package for just £10 and VirginMedia decided to change that right AFTER the call, without telling me of course, and charge me for another amount!
This is simply ILLEGAL! Also note that once they've made you an offer, they HAVE to give it to you, by law! Even if they made a mistake.
Anyway, if you have such issues with VirginMedia, here is the name of the guy who can really help you:

I to had such a call, I listened to what was the offer and then said I would think it over and look online.The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)0 -
