Was the wording on the signage clear about the charges for disabled drivers parking in "normal" spaces?

Signage wording is often a good place to start.

I have now had Notice To Owner/Registered Keeper. Wife is registered keeper, but she was not driving (she doesn't drive).

What is the best points to appeal in this case?

    Cheers?

I would go along the lines of they should not ticket cars with a blue badge, it being an Equality Act 2010 breach. This is about getting a popla code not a full appeal as we know it will fail at first with the parking company

Why would I answer my own post?

I take it you mean 12?

    I'm not sure.

I am sick of disabled car parking spaces. One or two maybe, but not rank upon rank of them in carparks. If disabled people are unable to stagger an additional 20 yards or so to the supermarket doors , then perhaps it the Almighty's way of telling them that they shouldn't go.

Then lets hope you don't ever need them.

What does their pricing board say? Ie I know at my work just a plain old supermarket that it just states blue badge holder free parking. So it will also depend on what the board says
