    Hi Ljhgreen - From your posts it appears that you have Gas, but this only used for Cooking and your flat is equiped with an ECO7 meter to supply Heating & Hot water

    ECO7 gives cheap power overnight to feed Storage radiators and a Hot water storage tank.
    But
    The downside is that the power you use in the day is expensive - If you are not useing the ECO7 for Heating & Hot water and running Electric Fires instead in cold weather, you will be creating large bills

    hi, sorry if im in wrong place, not computer literate.But i saw there is an npower rep on here, and want to ask why i havnt recieved my warm home payment yet.I have phoned several times, and been promised call backs which never happen.They tell me every time i phone that it is on system to send, and that i will just have to be patient, but i find it unaceptable that registration for this years is approaching , and im still waiting for last one.

  • thankyou for replying, unfortunatly dont know how to find your profile page.I phoned n power again today, who have verified i should have the warm home discount, and accepted that the service i have recieved from them is not acceptable, and told me to keep waiting, account number is 103761110, would be happy if you could try to resolve this for me, and then i will be looking into changing supplier, as i think their customer service is appalling.
