Was actually going to say that today but thought it would be a little too rude. My last position was given in writing though. After that Skype call I emailed them with my exact position.

And yet the tell me I they thought I wasn't pro.
Yet I need to make myself clear, probably once again? Could this be a negotiation trick ?

After repeating yourself twice, anything further is just begging.

Does this apply to the company too ? :) Because I've been asked to sign this "standard" contract probably 10 times:)

Sorry if this sounds blunt, but this company for who you would be willing to relocate to another country, and have made you jump through numerous hoops to get as far as issuing a contract of employment that contains terms and conditions that you do not find acceptable, and will not look to agree to your amendments is not negotiating with you, they are simply repeating their position.

If you want to turn it into a negotiable state then...

Be very sincere with you next communication.

    State:

    1) you like them the opportunity and the job.
    2) the contract of employment they offer is not acceptable to you.
    3) you wish them all the best for the future...

"Thanks you and good night...much love"

Other wise sign the contract as is, and hope that the HR department is much better when it comes time to paying you for those hours you work, and those expenses your owed...

Because it sounds like they couldn't organise a dink up in a brewery...

If they are as interested in you as you think then a new offer will arrive... If not then you have lost nothing...

    Just my 2p worth
The only place where success comes before work is the dictionary…

I've interviewing for a large American organization since January. Over the time, there had been countless calls, a number of applications I had to rewrite, salary requirements, and so on.

What do you guys say I should do ? :)

    Give up ???????????
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)
