Appartment up for sale...exciting times!

I have put my appartment up for sale today. I made the decision to sell all my pocessions and go backpacking around the world.
Im probably crazy and may regret it in future but time to step away from responsability of mortgage, bills etc. Im only 26 and been a homeowner since i was 23 before that saving for house deposit so i feel nows time for me to spread my wings and get some amazing memories.
Just waiting for the viewings now and hopefully a sale before the end of 2013!

Feb 2012 - onwards MF achieved
September 2016 - Back into clearing a mortgage - Was due to be paid off in 32 years in March 2047 -
April 2018 down to 28.00 months vs 30.04 months at normal payment.
Predicted mortgage clearing 03/2047 - now looking at 02/2045
Aims: 1) To pay off mortgage within 20 years - 20370 -
I did exactly that at your age and ended up working and living in several countries. I have never regretted it. Enjoy your travels!
