I posted on here not long ago about Vodafone not changing a default notice to settled, Vodafone's MSE guy contacted me and has been really helpful. However he says the account says settled and he is not sure why this does not state it on my reports ( he is investigating it further). Is this quite normal for the two named above to hold wrong information?0

Hi James,
As mentioned by fermi earlier in the thread the PM function is disabled for company representatives.
To get in touch you'll just need to email me with your details via the link in our profile here?
All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it'll take you to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line?
Once sent you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. Could you update the thread with this and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?
Kind regards,
Lee

I would like to point out that Lee the Vodafone representative has contacted me and has been very helpful with my enquiry so far!0

Not really. They hold the information that has been passed to them by the lenders.
If the account doesn't show as settled on either its because for some reason vodaphone has not passed that information through to the credit reference agencies.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
