tmobile -the devil!

Options
:mad:moved end march
april-notice poor signal phone, non existant, cannot connect via broadband tmob dongle
called tmobile-told working on prob in area
left it about week called again to be told-no coverage in SALFORD 20 mins from Manchester City center.
I was also told it was my fault for moving, cannot escalate to complaint, procedure to tell me to go to Ombudsmen, commented this was severe and all would do is make me leave tmob to be told its alright we have lots of customer Miss SURNAME ie go we don't need you.
I went to ombudsmen but as no lette from tmob or even red they couldn't deal and told me go back to tmobile.
Called back to another team (found out above team is OVERSEAS team) Spoke to Windows team and the advisor said the above was incorrect, shocked I had been told this, basically a pack of lies, the above team did no diagnotics, didn't check my line nothing just fobbed me off, not procedure to refer to ombudsmen at all.
Had diagnostic checks, temp improvement but went bad again.
Called again, promised call backs, no complaint dept access. No callback from manager as promised. cancelled direct debit
Ended up only to send letter, sent 21st May
I called again 4 days later or so to be told respons eon file sent to me 29th May, could not email it to me.
I called again as no letter. Promised call back next day
Called again as had been 6 days since letter, no call back as promise. Advisor was unsympathic, letter been sent settle their end, no responses to any of my resolutions, she said I would have to send another letter, again no email possible, had no call from complaints, had no text as per tmob own procedures nothing. Handler offered me complaints form, refused to put me through to manager, put me on hold often with no action done. I said hwo can complaint have been sorted if no internet she said 'you keep saying no internet Miss SURNAME , why are youi lying about this, signal is strong in your area! She then offerred to DISCONNECT my broadband. I was so shocked didn't know what to do so just accepted as it is pointless keeping it going if not getting it. She said I would get £4+ refund on my account. Sent me form and copy of payment terms and conds as I said would not be paying them and had cancelled dd, she said they would take me court and it would affect my credit rating forever.
I still have not had the letter today is 08/06/13. I have written to Ombudsmen, Manchester Evening News, and Watchdog.
Anyone else had similar issues?

You cancelled Direct Debit yes ??
The supplier now wants to take you to court for breaking your contract and or you get a big black mark on your credit rating .

Can't see their legal department being too interested in turning up at a court for a few quid.

Ignore and avoid them and change supplier. No idea why you stuck it out so long.

Unlikely to go to court but certain to trash the OPs credit record .

Well - your impetuous behaviour won't work against you 'for all time' - only 6 years. They don't guarantee coverage everywhere - so your move was your decision. You should have seen off your minimum term and left.

You'll not have to go to court - but you'll find your debt (which remains) will be sold on to 4 or more DCA's who will try to get you to pay up. As you've probably already been defaulted, that's an end to the matter.
