£300 - £500 to perhaps clean some leaves out from behind the fan, and wash the coil out. Refrigeration should not need to be checked, as if there is a sight glass, then you would see air bubbles after a few minutes of operation, after all these are normally sealed systems like a refrigerator. There would be some on the startup running, but they would disappear quite quickly.
Obviously a lot of companies are still jumping onto the new cash cow revenue stream!!!
