Blocked I Phone

Wonder if anyone can help, a few weeks ago I lost my I Phone, so contacted Orange and they blocked the phone and the sim and I bought a new phone using the same number. I have now found the phone and was wondering if Orange will be able to unblock the I Phone. Been trying to get through to Orange but as yet havn't been able to speak to anyone.

They should be able to, they just remove the imei from the blacklist.

You'll have to clear a full security check first (obviously), but then the block should come off after a few hours.

When they placed the blacklist bar on the phone they should have explained the procedure, but yes, as long as they didn't replace the handset they will remove the bar and you can continue using it or sell it.
