hi,
I have virgin media broadband and phone services but I am thinking off upgrading to the TiVo l service.
must stay on the l package for 12 months or an I free to upgrade to the xl, or downgrade to the m+?

I have just down graded for a cheaper DD.
I knocked off the tv as it is only for 1 set anyway. we have 5 tv's in the house. 4 adults and 1 tv in all bedrooms.
They are now all the same = freeview and the DD is half what it was.
We now have the Virgin phone and Internet only.The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)0
