Can An Epilator be returned under LDS rules?

I don't see why OP couldn't test the epilator without actually using it IYSWIM? You can turn an epilator on to hear the sound it makes but you don't have to run it over your legs or whatever.

Methinks that it's not the sound of the epilator that upsets the baby, but the sound of OP screaming when using it! :eek:

There was no way to test the item without plucking "pits,legs and pubes" (thanks, Tinkerbell 28), so what if I had not been happy with the actual plucking action? Would that be cause for a refund, or just a credit note?
