July 2013 Grocery Challenge

Well, I am EMBARASSED about the amount of food we have in the cupboards, shelves, freezer and baking cupboard. At this point I am considering a two month use it up session, but let's see how I go with this one first!
If I can't do this within my budget I will be amazed. I am going to rough out meals until the end of my month (as I am veggie I tend to plan the carb element first).
I have also made Feta from the Mortgage Free in Three blog - it isn't ready yet, will be at the weekend, but it looks perfect!Grocery Challenge (2 adults 2 kids)

Another NSD which is good! Although, I should have possibly bought some milk - not sure if mine will still be fresh enough for a cup of tea in the morning. Not too much of a disaster though as we have pods for the dolce gusto machine :-)************************************

Good luck everyone :-)0 -
Odds and ends HM Quiche for dinner with carrots, onions and rice.
I made enough pastry for more than one dinner. Had some cheese going manky - cut off the outside bits. Chopped up a few slices of salami that was lurking in the fridge. Enough Quiche left for 2 day's dinners.
Tomorrow's dinner - thinking about using some of the pastry I made along with the LO roasted veggies from yesterday. I can add the rest of the salami - make a pie - 6 portions. Plenty of Couscous in stock.
