    Well, I am EMBARASSED about the amount of food we have in the cupboards, shelves, freezer and baking cupboard. At this point I am considering a two month use it up session, but let's see how I go with this one first!

    If I can't do this within my budget I will be amazed. I am going to rough out meals until the end of my month (as I am veggie I tend to plan the carb element first).

    I have also made Feta from the Mortgage Free in Three blog - it isn't ready yet, will be at the weekend, but it looks perfect!

    Another spend of £6.61 yesterday (milk, YS bread and YS veg mainly, used 75p off wys £3 on veg).

    Total now £46.03 / £250. Shouldn't need anything else until Friday now and hopefully that will just be milk.

    Good morning all,
    I`m loving the pictures again. I`ve decided to go down a different route for july and see how I go. I`ll be doing a weekly budget instead of monthly, this will now be.
    £90 a week
    instead of £400 a month and will see how I go from there.

    HM JJ's Herby Cheese Bread for lunch. I plan a quiche tonight for dinner - I have all the ingredients.
    MR F has arranged a business trip to London tomorrow. :(
    May change my menu plan. :(

    Another NSD which is good! Although, I should have possibly bought some milk - not sure if mine will still be fresh enough for a cup of tea in the morning. Not too much of a disaster though as we have pods for the dolce gusto machine :-)

    I'm aiming to stick to my budget of £80 for the 4 weeks til I get paid again, so £20 a week (i live on my own so should be ok!)

    Odds and ends HM Quiche for dinner with carrots, onions and rice.
    I made enough pastry for more than one dinner. Had some cheese going manky - cut off the outside bits. Chopped up a few slices of salami that was lurking in the fridge. Enough Quiche left for 2 day's dinners.
    Tomorrow's dinner - thinking about using some of the pastry I made along with the LO roasted veggies from yesterday. I can add the rest of the salami - make a pie - 6 portions. Plenty of Couscous in stock.

    Well our cupboards were bare! Did shops today of 93.65 to last til next weekend i hope! Might just need some milk. I think budget will he v tight this month but let's see. X

    reporting a spend of £8.78 on junk effectively ... no meal, no nutrients, just rubbish! Never letting DH out for milk ever EVER again! not a happy bunny! It may not seem like alot but when you've not got it to spare, well, I just wish he would see that!
