Train from Barcelona to Salou

We are going to Salou soon and it looks straight forward to get a train from the airport (ElPrat) Any tips please? How much is it? Thanks for your help!:T

Thanks for the update.
I would have thought that if you are holidaying in Salou you would be better and cheaper to fly to Reus, where outside the terminal, the local Plana bus meets every Ryanair flight and takes you into Salou for about €12 return.
