We are going to Salou soon and it looks straight forward to get a train from the airport (ElPrat)
Any tips please?
How much is it?

I did it two years ago. Straightforward from salou to Barcelona. Finding the right line from Barcelona to salou was a bit of a nightmare. But then my sense of direction is rubbish0

as per two of us who have already posted its €17 euro return from salour station to barcelona.
Only thing i would add is that its not easy to find which platform your train is going from at Sants station and the staff are much help either.0 -
Thanks for your replies, lets hope we can find the platform!
What are the best places for evenings in Salou? Me and hubby in our 40's.

Anyone who is reading this, just an update on or trip. This was a bit of a hassle and I would recommend the Plana Bus. The train station at Barcelona airport is about a 10 minutes walk from the terminal and you can wait up to 30 minutes for a train to Barcelona Sants (we did) when we arrived at Barcelona Sants, there was a huge queue to get advice and tickets and we were aware that we had not much time to get the train. Anyway, we ended up getting the expensive train (about £20) which was nice, but there was a cheaper train which we were aiming for. Then a taxi from Salou train station to our Hotel (Las Vegas) was about 8 Euros. The Plana bus picks up and drops of right outside the Las Vegas hotel and only cost 14.95 Euro each way. Allow plenty of time for this nus though. It takes 2 hours to get to Barcelona and if you go in the morning you are sharing with the Barcelona day trippers. The bus was full by the time we got to Tarragona.0
