FlightStats Info & Timeline

Evening all, first post - so please be gentle!
Looking for an opinion on whether my possible claim falls at the first hurdle, as I can't seem to find any reference to this situation:
FlightStats shows a delayed take-off, but an on time arrival - which seems to be common. The thing I need info on is the Timeline - as this shows an initial adjustment to the flight time being made the evening before our flight (after we had already checked in). Does the timing of this change scupper my chance of claiming - don't want to get all the way to court (Thomson flight, so court seems inevitable!) & get torpedoed!
Flight details are TOM4672 18/05/13 LGW-MAH.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Centipede100, thanks for the reply.
I think my original post may be a little unclear - what I was hoping to get clarification of is whether the fact a change to the flight time was made the day prior to my actual flight date (according to FlightStats) will render any claim invalid?
I posted a new thread as this situation can affect flights from any airline & I thought an easily findable answer may help others - I only gave flight details so people could see what I was referring to on FlightStats. Any specific questions about my claim will of course be put on the Thomson thread!

I assume you are referring to this
"Estimated Gate Departure Changed From 05/18/13 07:45 AM To 05/18/13 10:00 AM"
I think that would have been updated when they first knew that the flight was going to be delayed...eg it may have been the operating aircraft was already known not to be available to operate as per schedule
A change would affect compensation if you are given more than 2 weeks notice of the revised time in which case compensation would not apply
The arrival time is shown as "estimated" rather than "actual" and looks like it was never updated....as nothing updated after actual departure time added0 -
Hi Caz3121, thanks for the reply.
I was actually referring to the earlier change that was made on the day prior to my flight - but your answer of the 2 weeks notice has resolved my question.
Many thanks.
