LG3 Optimus
Hi there !
A few months ago I purchased this LG3 Optimus which so far has worked fine, no faults whatsoever. A couple of weeks ago it started doing something rather strange:
Everytime I tried to access contacts from my address book, the phone denied access to the contact details and instead a pop-up with the following message came up:
"Sorry !
The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."
So far this has affected the access to my address book, the internet has slowed down and the "weather information is currently unavailable".
Could the telephone itself have developed a fault ?
Or do I need to start to run those software updates for which LG keep sending reminders ?
So far I have refused to do it because I am not sure about the cost - or are they for free ?

First off, it's an LG Optimus L3
Software updates are free, so you should definitely install them, and it could well help with your problem. It's just an annoying software problem, worst case scenario is that you might have to factory reset your phone IMO.0
