I need some advice and help please....
We went to Mexico in February 2013 to get married.
Our flight back home was cancelled due to the back up navigation system not working. The whole process was a complete nightmare. We was treated like cattle at the airport whilst they tried to sort out what they would do with us for 24 hrs whilst they repaired the plane.
Many things went wrong for us from this moment on and when we got home we watched the programme Martin Lewis did about new laws for claiming compensation for cancelled/delayed flight.
We decided that we would claim for our delay - I read through all the information outlined on this site and wrote my letter, using the sample given, stating the amount we was due, which was the maximum for delay and distance. This letter was dated 30th March 2013 and sent by recorded delivery.... I've still not heard anything and I'm unsure what to do next. Please can somebody give me advice, I would appreciate any help or advice that people have to offer
Thank you
