Need Someone Savvy To Advise Please
Hi Folks
I'm having a terrible time at the moment with T-Mobile and getting nowhere fast. To keep it short, I have three contracts with them all due for upgrade. I rang initially on 23rd May and was persuaded to have an Iphone 5, and two Samsung Ace 2s. The Iphone 5 was to cost £37 inc VAT for Unlimited Calls, Texts and 750mb data. The Aces were to have 100 mins, Unlimited Texts and 250gb data. These were for my son and daughter.
So they send out the Aces which I received only I found on my online account that I had another two contracts added! I rang them and they apologised and said they'd ordered two lines instead of upgrades and I'd have to send them back. Once they got them back, I'd be able to upgrade again. I waited until the 3rd June before bags were received to send these phones back. I was told they'd be paid for, however it cost me £6.95 each to return them. As it happens the two extra lines are still showing on my online account. Someone signed for their return, so I know T-Mobile have them back.
I"m so sick of their incompetence, being hung up on, being spoken to by rude staff, that I think I just want to leave. I rang them back again and said that I'd be sending back the Iphone5 too as I wanted nothing to do with them and I did have 14 days to change my mind about keeping it. They said they'd send a bag for that too!!
However - when I send the Iphone 5 back, I won't have any contact as my old phone (Iphone 4) won't be activated. They've said that it would take at least 5 days for them to reactivate my number back onto T Mobile.
I have written letters of complaint, I have rang lots of times, but they don't seem to be able to get around this problem.
Has anyone got any suggestions as to how I can be in contact again with my same number??
Thanks
Sal
