Sky not honouring Martins blagged deal

I signed up for Sky using the special MSE link in the newsletter dated 1st May. I had to pay an extra £15 for my copper line to be re-activated but since I've been quoted £100+ for that in the past I thought that was OK.
The technical part of the switch over went fine - done on the day they said and the broadband quickly went up to 13Mb when their estimate was 7 - 14Mb.
The financial side has been more problematic. My confirmation email stated the £10 broadband charge standard for non TV customers with no discounts at all so I phoned and they confirmed that I had signed up via the deal and should be paying £3.75. Then a letter came saying £10pcm so I phoned again and they again confirmed it should be £3.75 and it would be corrected.
Anyway, after about 6 or 7 contacts by web chat, email and phone they direct debited the full £10 from my account (I paid the line rental up front).
What worries me is that I have no evidence that I signed up using the MSE link - all the things I've had from Sky from day 1 have quoted the full price - and now I'm past the cooling off period so I'm stuck in the contract - because they kept telling me it was a mistake and they would sort it out.:(
Funnily enough they haven't mentioned the £50 M&S voucher either....
I don't suppose anyone thought to save the MSE offer pages from the Sky site? Or any other suggestions?

When I did the MSE deal all my emails showed the correct price and logging into my SkyID also showed all the applicable discounts.
Sounds like the first person you spoke to didnt know what they were doing...0 -
Did you save copies of the web-chat transcripts?0

I rather stupidly didn't save anything
I did the sign up online with no chat involved and definitely used the MSE link and the prices showing were the reduced rates but the confirmation came through showing the full prices.
I have now been told on the phone that a credit has been put on my account but it still isn't showing on MySky billing page.
I'm even more worried now I know that others have had everything go through at the reduced rate from day 1.0 -
Well in case anyone is interested, after several emails and chats I have now received a bill that seems correct with all the discounts applied. I have also been told that the voucher will be along 45 days after connection.
So, I'm saving quite a bit over VM and although the broadband isn't quite as quick, it seems fine for what I use it for.0
