Well this time I went back to Orange & they have now put orange care on so hopefully I can get my issues sorted quicker.
Also sent a letter of complaint to head office. Its been a week & still no reply....

orange care should replace within 24hrs
they have to reply in my experience, when a complaint is passed onto us we have a day to replyYes Your Dukeiness0 -
Its been a month now & no reply from Orange....
Also on Orange Care - I've been calling & then my phone problems are sent to technical support & 2 days later they've been calling back with a different solution. None of these have worked & wonder how long it'll take before they replace it?
