You have to confirm that you meet the minimum eyesight requirement to obtain a provisional driving licence As I don't meet that requirement and won't claim fraudulently that I do, it leaves me unable to get that form of photo ID.
Well you could still get a passport, you don't have to be going abroad to get a passport.0 -

There are plenty of documents which banks will accept which do not have cost anything or be photographic.Some people just do not have the money to pay for passports or driving licenses.
These include benefit letters and tax coding letters issued by HMRC.
Someone who has had a proper bank account can also introduce a customer to their bank if known personally for over 12/24 months.0 -

Yes sorry I know that, I was responding to the person who thought people couldn't be bothered to get photo ID and as a result would be shunned by various industries.0 -
