            lol did make me chuckle
on a serious note thought what should i do tomo when he returns at 1300
his attitude to me on the phone the other day was disgusting however when the police officer spoke to him he was all yes officer no officer
so what should i do tomo he clearly stated this lady who bought the cars name to the police officer and he has this noted and recorded so he must know she is the owner and not me0 -
His job is to enforce the warrant he has been given not to discuss its merits as I said before , make sure the doors and windows are shut , either do the wibble wibble thing, talk to him from an upstairs window or go out , make sure your car is a few streets away for the entire day as well, they are like a dog with no teeth when you know what they can and cannot do, point your mobile phone at him and tell him you are documenting it for evidence if you feel threatened but do it from an upstairs window so he can't climb through it , the court has issued a warrant and he is paid to get results , he has no authority over the court to change anything and won't want to anyway as he wants to get paid for his time , ask him on video how many more times he is legally obliged to attend your property before returning the debt as unsettled to the court if you wish0

Don't leave him in through the door, don't have your vehicle outside your property. And don't sign anything, I fail to see what he can do as he admitted he knew who the actual registered keeper is now. TFL should be able to stop this, but go to the dvla and ask them if the RK details were asked for twice as appears to have happened. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. Don't let them inside.
Speak through the front door if necessary.

            thanks for that
hthe police have informed me he cannot touch my car as i have outsanding finance on the car and this case is not against the car finance so he is not allowed to touch the car.
i am prepaired to go to court over this as i have proof from DVLA i did not own the car i have spoken to DVLA numerious times and been told NOT TO PAY i havet he police telling me this also as well as my insurance company
so tomo should be fun and games when he turns up
i am also awaiting a call back from TFL supervisor to get this solved and closed so i will call them before he turns up tomo at 1300 and inform them i have been to the police regarding this i am in the right there in the wrong. i also dont appreciated been lied to on the phone from TFL staff regarding who was the owner. they have a choice they can either close this case now and contact the balliff or they can not close it and i will take them to the court and have them done for harrassment, stress and i will want compensated for the phones calls i have made, postage costs and time it has taking me to get this sorted.0 -

What's with the spamming of CAG?
You've mentioned it in nearly, if not ever post you have made in this thread.
Usually people on here just direct people to PEPIPOO.0 -
Why not CAG? Pepipo is IMHO better but CAG can be useful, the poster may not like Pepipoo, its their choice.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
