Just got a new phone but have no signal :(
Posting on behalf of my friends who just both got new phones today from CPW on the 3 network, but when they got home, they have no signal in their house.
Do they have rights to cancel the contract because they can't use the service ?
Any statutory rights ? Only got back 30 minutes ago, but by the time we realised, the shop is shut.
Still want a contract with the CPW, but obviously not on 3 since there is no signal
Any advice would be apprecated, thanks in advance
