Advice on which phone to buy
I am looking for a new phone on contract but i don't really want to pay more than £25 a month. My options are:
1. Google nexus 4 - buy handset unlocked and run it on giffgaff for £12 a month and get unlimited data. A bit concerned about giffgaff as I have heard some back things about loss of network. Or £25 a month for unlimited calls ans texts, and 1gb data. This is through buymobilephones.net and is a cashback deal via redemption
2. Samsung galaxy s3 mini on o2 for £22 a month 600 mins unlimited texts and 750mb data. Some reviews say that the s3 mini is not so good, especially when compared with other handsets in the same price range
3. Sony Xperia SP with the same deal as the s3 mini but £50 upfront cost. The reviews are good but it seems a bit of a bulky phone
4. HTC one - £24 a month on o2 600 mins, unlimited texts and 750mb of data. This is also via cashback redemption through buymobilephones.net. Again i am a bit cautious of the cashback deal as i don't want to end up losing out on a lot of money.
Obviously the best phone on the list is the HTC one. Has anyone taken out a deal with cashback redemption? Can i trust them. I am aware that there are better deals on three but i want to stay on o2 really as 3 signal is poor in my area and i know o2 signal is good. Any advice will be much appreciated.

Get the nexus 4 and giffgaff it
The nexus 4 will always be updated for as long as in spec by google and with GG you can choose to move away anytime you want0 -

Nexus 4 plus GiffGaff would be my recommendation, given your narrow criteria.0
