CEX Refund
Hey, I really need some advice. I am having a nightmare getting a refund from CEX. I have spoken to Trading Standards and follwed all the advice. I have been polite and reasonable. However, they are really messing me around. I have heard that CEX are known for being really bad at refunding and often ignore customers. I am talking about approx £100 and as a student I cant afford this. They sold a faulty item and have had my item for 5 months! I had to chase them otherwise I think they never would have even admitted they had the returned phone. Is there any way I can make CEX aware that their customer service is appauling and they need to refund my money ? Thank you Logan

What proofs do you have? Depending on this, you can send them a Letter Before Action giving them, say, 1 week to refund the money and saying that you are submitting a claim to the Small Claims Court otherwise.0
