Using a 0% purchases credit csrd for agency fees etc?

Are they accepted as purchases or cash advances, need to know as it's going to get expensive when I have to move out and pay all these really ridiculous fees?

Thanks in advance

    It's a purchase. Of services.

Still, if you can't afford to move because you haven't got any savings to rely on perhaps you'd best not move at all.

I have no choice but to move, other flatmate wanted to leave, I am going to move in with the girlfriend and so the landlady wouldn't consider 2 new people in the house. So have to go.

I don't have savings because I have small debt however the timing of it all means I cannot save in time for the move hence needing to use some on a card.
