I've got an old-style username for the Halifax site and an all-numeric username for the BoS site, and neither of them works on the other site - although they know I'm the same person because all the accounts show up on both sites once I'm logged in.
If a Halifax username works on the BoS site, and you change the password on the Halifax site, does the BoS site see the change? If so, then they're integrated in some way. If not, then they're duplicated - two separate IDs that happen to be the same."It will take, five, 10, 15 years to get back to where we need to be.
